JB's Tree Titans LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates jbstreetitans.com and the related customer, employee, and admin tools on it (together, the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
- Contact & job details you submit through our quote, estimate, contract, invoice, careers, or shop forms — name, phone, email, address, and details about the work requested.
- Photos you choose to upload with a quote request or that our crew takes of a job site for estimates, work-in-progress tracking, and invoicing.
- Account information for the employee portal — email address and an encrypted password (we never see or store your plain-text password; this is handled by our authentication provider, Google Firebase).
- Employee records for team members — role, hire date, emergency contact, certifications, pay history, and training/exam results.
- Basic analytics about how the Site is used (pages visited, general device/browser type) via Google Analytics, so we can see what's working and fix what isn't.
We do not collect or store full payment card numbers, bank account numbers, or Social Security numbers on this Site. Payments are handled through a separate, secure payment link provider.
How We Use Information
- To respond to quote requests, build estimates and contracts, schedule and track jobs, and send invoices and payment reminders.
- To review job applications and manage employee accounts, payroll, and training records.
- To send you updates about your job (by call, text, or email) if you're a current customer or employee.
- To send occasional seasonal tips or storm-alert emails only if you opted in through our newsletter signup — you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand and improve how people use the Site.
Cookies & Local Storage
We use your browser's local storage to remember small preferences — like your light/dark theme choice and whether you've dismissed a banner this session — strictly to make the Site work better for you. These are not used to track you across other websites or to sell to advertisers. Google Analytics may set its own standard cookies to measure site usage.
Text Messages
If you're a customer or employee, our team may text you directly (invoices, estimate links, pay stubs, schedule reminders) using the phone number you provided. These are sent by our staff, not automated marketing blasts. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that make the Site work — Google Firebase (database, hosting, authentication, analytics), our payment link provider, our email/form provider, and Cloudflare (security and content delivery) — and only as needed for them to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Your Choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails. To ask us to correct or delete personal information we hold about you, contact us using the details below — we'll do our best to accommodate reasonable requests, even though Tennessee's state privacy law doesn't currently apply to a business our size.
Children's Privacy
This Site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. Job applicants must meet the minimum working age under applicable law.
Data Security
We use industry-standard tools (Google Firebase, Cloudflare) and reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent version.
