The Site provides information about JB's Tree Titans LLC's tree care services and lets you request quotes, review estimates, view invoices, and (for employees) access job and pay information. Submitting a quote or contact form is an inquiry, not a confirmed appointment or a binding agreement — a job is only confirmed once we've discussed it with you and, for larger jobs, once a specific Estimate or Service Agreement has been signed.
Titan Assistant (AI Chat)
The chat assistant on this Site provides general, automated information for convenience — it is not a binding quote, not a guarantee of pricing, and not a substitute for a licensed on-site estimate. Always confirm specifics (pricing, scheduling, scope of work) with our team directly before relying on anything the assistant tells you.
Estimates, Contracts & Invoices
These Terms govern your use of the website itself. The actual scope, price, and terms of any tree care work are governed separately by the specific signed Estimate or Service Agreement for that job, not by this page.
Employee Portal Accounts
Portal access is for authorized JB's Tree Titans LLC personnel only. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or remove access at any time, particularly if an account is no longer associated with an active employee.
Intellectual Property
All text, design, graphics, photos, and the JB's Tree Titans LLC name and logo on this Site are owned by JB's Tree Titans LLC or its licensors, unless otherwise noted. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, republish, or reuse our content commercially without our written permission.
